Pegasus Branded Products Warranty Period Extension

This warranty period extension (“Pegasus Branded Products Warranty Period Extension”) only applies to products branded or labeled with the ‘Pegasus’ name as sold by Blickle USA Wheels and Casters Inc., Newnan, Georgia (“Pegasus Branded Products”). This Pegasus Branded Products Warranty Period Extension only supersedes the warranty limitation period as stipulated in Sections 4.1 and 9.5 of the Blickle USA General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Blickle USA General Terms and Conditions of Sale). All other agreements and periods, except for the one year limitation period regarding warranty claims in Sections 4.1 and 9.5 of the Blickle USA General Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall apply to Pegasus Branded Products. THIS PEGASUS BRANDED PRODUCTS WARRANTY PERIOD EXTENSION SHALL IN PARTICULAR NOT APPLY TO THE ELECTRIC DRIVE SYSTEM ‘ERGOMOVE’ AND ‘BLICKLE’ BRANDED PRODUCTS.

Extension of the Limitation Period for Warranty Claims regarding Pegasus Branded Products.
Regarding Pegasus Branded Products, all warranty claims as stipulated under the Blickle General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall become time-barred three (3) years from the date of shipment of the Pegasus Branded Products. Exceptions according to the Blickle General Terms and Conditions of Sale may apply.
